Looking for a meeting room in central Oulu where the official part of the day and a shared activity work under one roof? Exit Oulu’s meeting and cabinet space is located on Uusikatu, right next to Otto Karhi Park. You can hold your meeting, training day or client session in peace and then move on to solving escape rooms together – without travelling from one venue to another.
The space works equally well for half-day meetings and full-day events. We take care of the arrangements, you focus on the matter at hand.
A meeting room in the heart of Oulu
Exit Oulu’s meeting and cabinet space is located at Uusikatu 22. The room has a cosy, rustic atmosphere and provides a great setting for meetings, recreational days and celebrations (such as Christmas parties).
- The space accommodates around 35 people
- Equipment: screen and projector, sound system and tableware
- Licensed to serve alcohol – refreshments from morning coffee to evening celebrations
- Central location: a short walk to central Oulu’s restaurants and services
Combine your meeting with a team activity
Want to bring your team closer together? During the same visit, you can also play escape rooms at both of our Uusikatu locations. An escape game is a natural way to lighten up a meeting day: an hour-long shared challenge strengthens team spirit and makes the rest of the day more relaxed.

- Games last around 60 minutes (some games 75 minutes)
- Works for small teams and larger groups alike – bigger groups are split into several rooms (max. 78 players)

All of our games can be played in both Finnish and English, so they are an excellent fit for international teams.
Catering
If you wish, you can leave all of the day’s catering to us. The options range from coffee services to lunches and buffet dinners. Meals are arranged in cooperation with local restaurants.
